EastWest employees, together with internal clubs—EastWest Milers, EastWest Click, and EastWest Voices—united to support Young Focus, an organization dedicated to breaking the cycle of poverty through education. Instead of traditional holiday decorations, employees purchased intricately designed ornaments and postcard sets, knowing that every peso spent would contribute toward scholarships and essential learning resources for children from Smokey Mountain.
