Looking for a place to have lunch at the business district of Makati during week-ends? Look no more.
I was invited to Buddha Bar to try out their Week-end Lunch Grill. Here was my experience and the reasons why I think it’s ‘A Steal’!
1. Ambiance
No resto/bar that I have seen so far beats the ambiance of Buddha Bar Manila. It’s a internationally renowned bar, lounge, and restaurant. Known for its atmospheric, classy interiors, you feel that you are already somewhere relaxing!
2. Great Appetizers, and Starters
Even with just 3 types of greens, the selection and quality of condiments that you can mixed to make your superb healthy but great tasting salad.
Add to that a good selection of cold appetizers. Their famous Chicken Salad is a must try. Enjoy their prawn or squid cocktails as well.
To top that, enjoy starters like maki and other asian flaired bites.
3. Tasty Hot Side Dishes
Enjoy on thier own or with your grilled item, their selection of hot side dishes. Rice, pasta, corn, and asian flavored veggies.

4. The Grills
The highlight of the meal: the grilled menu! Step out to their AL-fresco area and check their selection of meats to grill.
You have a selection of chicken, salmon, fillet mignon, tenderloin, ribs or pork chop. Tell the chef how you want it done: rare, medium, or well-done. They dry rub their meat/fish using western style flavorings. Of course, you can also request how you like it. I requested my salmon to be done teriyaki style.
With the grills, you have a selection of different sauces as well to match your meal.
You can enjoy your meal also at thier Al-fresco area.

5. Superb Desserts for the Sweet Tooth
High quality desserts from chilled fruits, tarts, cakes, and other selection of pastries. Their Chocolate Sesame Pralines is a chocolate lovers dessert made in heaven.
