The much-anticipated culmination of “The Voice Kids” Season 5 is drawing near as the final showdown approaches. The talented trio of young artists, Shane Bernabe, Xai Martinez, and Rai Fernandez, will go head-to-head in a thrilling singing battle during the live grand finals this weekend (May 20 and 21).
Representing their respective coaches, Shane hails from Bamboo’s Kamp Kawayan, Xai shines as part of KZ’s Team Supreme, and Rai showcases his talent as a member of Martin’s MarTeam.
Shane, known as the “Kiddie Pop Rockstar,” captured the attention of the coaches during the blind auditions with her powerful rendition of “Dukha,” earning a three-chair turn. Xai, dubbed the “Enchanting Siren,” astounded the coaches with her angelic voice during the intense battle rounds. Meanwhile, Rai, recognized as the “Emotional Balladeer,” moved viewers to tears with his heartfelt performance of “Ikaw Ay Ako” during the sing-offs.
