Toyota Carcar Service Center: Groundbreaking Marks New Era

The new facility aims to enhance customer service and support for Toyota owners in Cebu, further expanding Toyota’s presence in the region

Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) has officially begun the development of its new Toyota Carcar Service Center in Cebu, located in Barangay Ocaña, Carcar City. The state-of-the-art facility is designed to provide high-quality and reliable automotive services, enhancing the Toyota ownership experience for current and future customers in the region.

The new service center aims to significantly improve the convenience and satisfaction of Toyota owners in Carcar City. Upon completion, the facility will span 1,500 square meters, offering a wide range of after-sales services including Periodic Maintenance, General Repairs, and Body and Paint Services. It will also feature a modern showroom and advanced service bays, allowing the center to cater to more customers in the area.

Toyota Mabolo has been instrumental in building our strong customer base in Central Visayas, particularly in Cebu,” said Mr. Bernardino Arevalo, TMP First Vice President for Customer Service Operations. “This new project is a clear reflection of the trust our customers have in the Toyota brand, and our continued commitment to serving the Carcar community,” he added.
