Teleperformance Philippines awarded Philippines Best Workplaces™ recognition for the second year in a row. Great Place to Work® Philippines held its first in-person recognition gala at Hilton Manila, where Teleperformance and 35 other workplaces in the Philippines were recognized for being trailblazers in connecting, leading, and inspiring employees.
Great Place to Work® Philippines evaluated participating employees’ experiences based on five dimensions, including credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie. The criteria for qualified workplaces include a high level of trust among employees, a sense of pride in the workplace, and the general sentiment of joy and togetherness among coworkers.
Teleperformance Philippines CEO Francisco Lara shared that the award reflects the organization’s core values, such as care, integrity, and innovation. He stated that the company will continue to focus on its people’s well-being and development to enrich their experiences as citizens of the communities they serve.
