“Tara, G!” headed to its finale episode
The final episode of the iWantTFC original series “Tara, G!” premiered last Friday, December 9. Five of the seven members of Team WISE, Anthony Jennings, JC Alcantara, Vivoree, Daniela Stranner, and Kaori Oinuma, as well as the show’s director, Direk Cathy Camarillo, attended the advance screening and mediacon last Sunday, December 4. They answered some questions that made them realize how important it is to endure hardships for friendships to become stronger.
“I learned so much from the story, nung binabasa ko (Yung script) siyempre na parang… ohh. May mga ganitong tao pala, may mga taong nagtutulungan, may mga mag-babarkada pa rin pala na talagang tine-treasure yung friendship nila, hindi sila nag-iiwanan. So… ako din as person, parang hinahanap ko din siya. I became that friend din sa ibang tao,” Vivoree shared.
The cast also expressed appreciation to Direk Cathy for letting them be comfortable and creative in portraying their characters.
Daniela Stranner shared, “Sobrang natuwa ako kay Direk Cathy talaga kasi… I learned so much as an actress kasi she let me be creative sa character ko. Hinayaan niya ako to do (Halimbawa) sa mga random emotions, random words na sasabihin ko lang. That’s why, naging comfortable ako sa character ko. Kaya natuwa ako portraying “Cars” dito sa “Tara, G!… Thank, you Direk.” Anthony Jennings also added that Direk Cathy never left them unguided while shooting. “Di kami pinabayaan talaga ni Direk sa pagsu-shoot namin. May mga times na mahirap yung eksena. Di nga ako nakaramdam ng pagmamadali sa kanya eh. Sobrang haba ng pasensya niya sa’min.”
The cast also shared the valuable lessons they learned from the series, which they have adapted to their personal relationships and outlook on life.
“Huwag kang matakot na mag-open up sa mga kaibigan mo. Huwag mong isipin na hindi ka nila maiintindihan. At the end of the day, hindi mo alam na ready naman silang makinig sayo,” Kaori said.
Vivoree Esclito said “Ang dami kong learnings. Lahat tayo may shortcomings. Ang importante ay marunong tayong magpatawad at umintindi.”
In the latest previous episodes of “Tara, G!”, Rocky was confronted with a big problem after accepting Gov’s (Dominic Ochoa) offer to continue his studies instead of pursuing Team WISE’s coffee business, which would have been the start of their lifelong ambition of restoring La Guerta’s splendor.
As a result, Team WISE felt betrayed, as though Rocky effortlessly abandoned their barkada’s ambitions. He must also mend fences with Cars (Daniela), his hidden infatuation, with whom he shares affection. But Rocky and Cars aren’t the only ones who are in love; Dan (JC) and Legs’ cat and dog bond are also developing into a romantic one.
