PUMA celebrates the highly anticipated return of Netflix’s award-winning series Squid Game with an exclusive collaboration of apparel, footwear, and accessories, perfectly timed for the show’s second season.
The collection brings Squid Game’s iconic uniforms to life with a revamped version of the T7 tracksuit, as seen on contestants in the upcoming season. Drawing inspiration from the series’ gripping scenes, memorable characters, and defining moments, the collaboration also features limited-edition designs of the Suede and Easy Rider sneakers. These unique pieces are filled with hidden Easter eggs, paying tribute to Netflix’s most-watched series.
The legendary T7 Track Jacket and T7 Track Pants are reimagined with a unique staircase-inspired pattern, subtly embedded with hidden PUMA logos. Drawing from the teal-green uniforms of the contestants in the clandestine and perilous competition, these tracksuits feature a velour finish, enhanced with custom hangtags and co-branded chest labels. The intricate pattern extends to a matching backpack and cap, both adorned with a depiction of Young-hee, the haunting doll from Squid Game. Completing the collection are hoodies with distressed detailing and graphic T-shirts that pay homage to the series’ lore and iconic games from its first and second seasons.
The collaboration’s footwear lineup includes the Easy Rider, inspired by one of Squid Game’s most iconic moments—the lethal “red light, green light” game. The sneaker features scratch-off green panels that reveal red underneath, while a holographic heel shifts colors from red to green. Completing the design is a Young-hee doll hangtag, adding a playful yet sinister touch. Meanwhile, the Squid Game Suede takes cues from the show’s eerie stair room, showcasing vibrant color accents and zigzag overlays reminiscent of its unsettling aesthetic.
The PUMA x Netflix Squid Game collection launches alongside the much-anticipated premiere of Squid Game Season 2 on December 12, 2024. The collection will be available at select PUMA stores and online at PUMA.com.
