Sparkling Pasko: Ascott Makati Lights Up with ANTHILL

November 15 marked the start of the festive season for Ascott Makati, as the property hosted its annual Tree Lighting Ceremony to celebrate the spirit of giving and togetherness. Attended by colleagues, guests, and partners, the event featured a unique collaboration with ANTHILL Fabric Gallery, elevating the occasion with the inspired “Preskong Pasko” collection created by ANTHILL founder, Ms. Anya Lim.

A Festive Evening of Joy and Celebration

The celebration began with a delightful spread of canapés, festive cocktails, and warming cups of hot cocoa. Guests were serenaded by the UST Singers Chorale Group, whose stellar performance set the mood for the evening. The event culminated in the grand tree lighting, led by Mr. Ivanovich Agote, Supervising Tourism Operations Officer from the Department of Tourism, alongside Ascott Limited Philippines Country General Manager Mr. Patrick Vaysse, Cluster General Managers Ms. Cecille Teodoro and Mr. Rennan John Reyes, and Ascott Makati Assistant Residence Manager Ms. Diane Kasilag.

The tree, adorned with ornaments from the “Preskong Pasko” collection, beautifully reflected the Filipino artistry and creativity that Ascott Makati proudly supports.

“We wish everyone a truly abundant Christmas,” said Ms. Cecille Teodoro, Cluster General Manager for Ascott Limited Philippines. “Through our partnership with ANTHILL, our tree features uniquely Filipino ornaments that celebrate our shared appreciation for local craftsmanship. This collaboration is a testament to the beauty and quality of Filipino-made products.”
