“What makes the film truly special is that it doesn’t sugar-coat the lessons and challenges we faced during the entire PAGTATAG! tour and album release,” SB19 shares in a press statement. “The year-long journey was filled with setbacks that caused mental and emotional stress. But as the title suggests, the documentary shows how we overcame these obstacles and managed to put on a series of shows despite facing internal and collective struggles. We hope that this movie will inspire our A’TIN to be stronger and more resilient when they encounter similar challenges in the future.”

SB19’s PABLO, who currently serves as the CEO of 1Z Entertainment, emphasized their long-standing desire to create a documentary that captures not just the performances, but the behind-the-scenes moments that reveal the human side of organizing a tour of this magnitude.

“We’re grateful to First Light Studios and Jed Regala for helping us bring our vision to life,” PABLO reveals. “We are fortunate to have a team that truly understands the power of collaboration.”

Exclusive screenings will run from August 28 to September 1 in cinemas nationwide.

Recently, SB19 achieved another milestone by winning Billboard’s Fan Army Face-off for the second year in a row, surpassing some of the biggest international music stars. The group garnered 56.3 percent of the votes in the final round, defeating Barbadian superstar Rihanna. The GENTO hitmakers also represented the Philippines at Billboard Korea’s “Billboard K POWER 100” in Seoul, where they received the Voices of Asia Award for their significant contribution to bringing Filipino music to the global stage.
