Robinsons Appliances’ highly anticipated Race to a Minute has reached its final pitstop, set to take place at Galleria South, the first upscale mall in San Pedro City, Laguna, on Saturday, March 25, 2023. Following successful runs in Robinsons Valencia in Bukidnon (Mindanao), Robinson Galleria Cebu (Visayas), and Robinsons Tuguegarao (Luzon), four teams consisting of two representatives from the Greater Manila Area (GMA) will compete to win up to PHP 220,000 worth of appliances and gadgets from Robinsons Appliances.
“We have been traveling around the Philippines for almost a month, bringing excitement and fun to Robinsons Appliances’ loyal customers. We are thrilled to finally reach the last leg of Race to a Minute and hold it at the beautiful Robinsons Galleria South in San Pedro City, Laguna. This annual event is our way of showing our gratitude to our customers who have supported us throughout the past year,” said Donna May San Luis, Marketing Services Manager of Robinsons Appliances.
Since its launch in 2017, Robinsons Appliances’ Race to a Minute has been eagerly awaited by shoppers, with selected participants from the four major regions in the Philippines competing to win amazing prizes and unforgettable memories as they complete each task within 60 seconds.
“After the pandemic disrupted this exciting event, we ensured that this year’s Race to a Minute would be something to anticipate, not just for the participants but also for mall-goers at Robinsons Malls. The generous prizes have already been experienced by Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao regions, and now it’s time for our GMA shoppers to compete and have the chance to take home the amazing appliances and gadgets we have prepared for them,” Ms. San Luis emphasized.
The final leg of Race to a Minute will be hosted by MYX VJ Turs Daza and celebrity-mom Elisse Joson, adding to the excitement of the event for everyone involved.
The Race to a Minute competition features six (6) pitstops, where players must complete designated tasks within a 60-second timeframe. Each pitstop challenges the physical and mental abilities of each team member. With the help of a race card, each team will race to the next pitstop, where they will receive a clue card to solve the task. The team that arrives at the next pitstop in the shortest amount of time has a higher chance of winning the highest-valued prize. Throughout the entire Race to a Minute event, a total of PHP 2 million worth of appliances and gadgets will be given away to the participants.

In addition to the appliances and gadgets, all participants from the previous legs of Race to a Minute have received PHP 2,000 worth of GoRewards Points.
