Manila, Philippines, March 2020 – The search for the most exemplary developers and projects in the Philippines continues as Asia’s most prestigious real estate honours programme opens the 8th Annual PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards, presented by global brand Kohler, the platinum sponsor.

Last year was also a momentous one for developers and properties based outside Manila. Besting established industry names, Visayan firm Cebu Landmasters gained the top prize of Best Developer, whilst Dusit Thani Residence Davao was awarded Best Housing Development , marking the first Best of the Philippines win from Mindanao.
Main winners from the 2019 Property Guru Philippines Property Awards congregated last November for the 14th Property Guru Asia Property Awards Grand Final in Bangkok, Thailand where they clinched the regions most coveted honours.
The Philippines was one of the nights most decorated countries, representing wins for Best CBD Development in Asia; Best Township Masterplan Design in Asia; Best Commercial Green Development in Asia; and Best Commercial Landscape Architectural Design in Asia.
