Rising Open: Mobile Legends’ Gateway to Esports Stardom

The popular multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA) mobile game, Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB), has officially unveiled the MLBB Rising Open (MRO), a revamped version of the MLBB Competitive League (MCL). This new platform offers players worldwide the chance to engage in competitive gaming that mirrors the professional esports scene.

With its theme, “The One From Everyone,” MRO serves as an in-game esports tournament designed to uncover top-tier talent across various MLBB regions. It provides gamers with the opportunity to compete, experience the excitement of esports, and earn in-game rewards and recognition.

Rise and become the one from your region

The MRO welcomes players of all in-game ranks to participate. Competitors begin their journey at the Neighborhood Bracket and progress through tiers by winning matches, advancing to the City Bracket, Provincial Bracket, Regional Qualifier Round 1, Regional Qualifier Round 2, and ultimately the Division Championship. To maintain fairness, Mythic-ranked players will start at a higher-tier bracket compared to others.

In the initial stages, players’ progress within an unfinished bracket will carry over to the following week, simplifying advancement. Additionally, players can switch teams at any time while retaining their current bracket status. This flexibility allows participants to assemble like-minded teammates and work together to dominate the competition, striving for recognition as the top player in their city.

MLBB players participating in MRO matches have the chance to earn exciting rewards and exclusive honorary titles, such as “Esports Player,” “Neighborhood Champion,” and “City Champion.” Division Champions will receive substantial in-game diamond rewards. Additionally, players can accumulate MRO coins through gameplay, which can be redeemed for permanent skins, unique battle effects, and special gift packs, enhancing their gaming experience.

Reservations for MRO are now open, with competitions set to officially kick off on December 20. Players can join the action by logging into MLBB during weekends.
