Pizza lovers and P-Pop fans are in for a treat because Pizza Hut and SB19 have teamed up for a campaign with the goal of bringing together good food and music to make way for great moments that everyone can enjoy! The partnership was announced during a press event last July 26 at Novotel Manila Araneta City in Quezon City.
Inspired by Pizza Hut’s fun, bold, and playful vibes and SB19’s bright and cheerful personalities, the campaign—titled “Make It Great!”—highlights the importance of enjoying life and sharing good moments with family and friends, and how the right food and music can make those good moments great.
“We are proud to be launching this partnership between Pizza Hut and SB19 where we make everything great!” said PPI Holdings, Inc. COO Chacha Juinio. “It’s also very exciting for us because SB19 represents exactly the kind of market that Pizza Hut wants to be part of—young and with active lifestyles, and those who love pizza of course.”
“Pizza Hut’s strategy is to make the brand younger, and what better way to make the brand younger than by tying up with the number one P-Pop band,” said Pizza Hut Philippines’ Head of Marketing Raymund Nobleza.
“We’re really thankful that Pizza Hut chose us,” said SB19’s leader John Paulo “Pablo” Nase. “Before, when we were still trainees, we would end up really tired after an event, so would order pizza because it’s our comfort food.”
As part of the campaign, Pizza Hut and SB19 have prepared a number of surprises for foodies and A’TINs that will surely motivate them to go out and have fun with those who are special to them.
First is a feel-good P-Pop number that’s guaranteed to put any listener in a great mood. Also titled “Make It Great,” the song harnesses SB19’s top-tier vocals and youthful pop sensibilities to create a bubbly and energetic track that will make anyone get up and dance!
Of course, it won’t be a full P-Pop experience without SB19’s charming visuals and killer dance moves, which is why Pizza Hut has also prepared a special TV commercial that showcases all of these and more. The commercial is set to be unveiled during the 2022 Binibining Pilipinas Grand Coronation Night this coming July 31.
Aside from these, Pizza Hut will be introducing several new offerings designed around the campaign, including branded meals, new pizza flavors, new side dishes, and limited-time deals that will satisfy any pizza lover out there. These will be unveiled in the coming days, so make sure to stay tuned.
