Recognizing the significance of a healthy community in the face of the COVID-19 global health crisis, the Pioneer Group composed of Pioneer Adhesives, Inc., Pioneer Specialty Building Systems, Inc., Kooler Industries, Inc., Tri-Vision Ventures, Inc., and Chef’s Secret, Inc.; initiated a vaccination program for the group’s workforce from August 25 to 27 at its Quezon City Head Office and the LMS, Laguna Plant.
The move aims to secure the health of all its employees amid the alarming rise in COVID-19 infections due to the emergence of the virus’ Delta strain. “The 4W’s of Pioneer values include “Walk the Talk”, “Wow in Everything”, “Win Together” and “Warm The Heart”. This is the company’s effort to uphold the quality of our services and products. During these trying times, it supports and sustains the well-being of our employees. Aside from the vaccination program, the company continues to pay the regular salaries and benefits of its employees even during the periods of extended lockdowns and quarantine measures imposed by the IATF” says Ms. Rexy Vagilidad, VP for Human Resources of Pioneer Adhesives, Inc.
