This 2015, expect a bigger and more festive 2nd Lubao International Balloon Festival (LIBF). This will be from March 26-29, 2015 in Pradera Verde, Prado Siongco, Lubao, Pampanga.
Pilipinas International Balloon Festival Inc. (PIBF) together with the Arts, Culture and Tourism Office (ACTO) and Pampanga Provincial Government put together this annual festivity of colorful and interestingly shape air baloons. The 40+ colorful hot air balloons coming from countries all over the world includes 15 specially shaped balloons like Darth Vader, Yoda, Humpty Dumpty, Froggy, and more.
This is another photo opportunity for photography enthusiasts to shoot the colorful balloons and other festive travel photos.

Aside from the balloon flights, there are also other interesting activities for every one in the family. Activities such as water balloon fight, motor paragliding, paint ball exhibition, night glow and fireworks display.
