Procter & Gamble (P&G) Philippines, a well-known multinational consumer goods company, has been certified as a great workplace by Great Place to Work (GPTW). This is the company’s first GPTW certification and it received an average employee satisfaction rating of 94% based on a survey of employees. The results showed that 97% of employees considered P&G a great place to work and 98% were proud to work there. All respondents also reported feeling treated fairly regardless of their race, gender, or sexual orientation.
P&G is known for its investment in talent and leadership development and its “grow from within” culture. The company provides its employees with meaningful careers, international exposure, hands-on mentorship, and the opportunity to work on billion-dollar global brands.
Vince Dizon, Country Human Resources Leader of P&G Philippines, said, “We are honored and proud to be GPTW-certified as it validates our company’s best-in-class workplace culture, human resource practices, and employee engagement.”
The Great Place to Work certification is based on the Trust Index, an employee survey that measures trust in the employer, pride in work, and camaraderie with colleagues. Companies must score at least 65% on the survey to receive the certification.
In addition to the GPTW certification, P&G Philippines also won several awards at the 2022 Asia CEO Awards, including “Top Employer of the Year” and was recognized as one of the “Best Companies to Work for in Asia” by HR Asia.
