Polish development studio SpaceRocket Games, in collaboration with German publisher Toplitz Productions, has unveiled an exciting new trailer for their upcoming survival game, Permafrost.
Set in a harsh, frozen wasteland following a cataclysmic event known as “The Shattering,” Permafrost challenges players to navigate unforgiving sub-zero conditions where survival is anything but guaranteed. However, you won’t have to face the icy dangers alone. A loyal canine companion will accompany you on your journey, offering comfort in the desolate landscape. Better yet, team up with up to three friends and explore, build, and battle as a squad of four in cooperative multiplayer mode.
Surviving in Permafrost isn’t just about strength or numbers — it’s about strategy and teamwork. Communication and collective decision-making are crucial if you want to endure the relentless cold and the unpredictable threats that lurk in the snow-covered ruins. But beware — even the most well-equipped team can be caught off guard by the dangers that emerge when the sun goes down.
Permafrost is set to launch in Early Access on Steam this summer, offering both single-player and cooperative multiplayer modes for up to four players.
