ONE Fighting Championship, Asia’s largest Mixed Martial Arts organization, held its Press Conference for its August 31st event One FC: “Pride Of A Nation” Wednesday July 18, 2012. The MMA fighting event will be at the Smart Araneta Coliseum featuring some of the most famous MMA fighers: Shinya Aoki, Bibiano Fernandes, Andrei Arlovski, and our very own Eduard Folayang.
The press conference was held at the Discovery Hotel – Magellan Function Room, Ortigas Center, Pasig City around 11:30 am. The press con was packed with TV, print media, new media attendees.
One FC CEO, Victor Cui, led the press conference and presented the fighters:

- Will defend his nation in Manila

- 2011 Southeast Asian Games Gold Medal
- #1 Pound for Pound Fighter in Philippines
Andrei Arlovski – Babruysk, Belarus (17-9)
- Former UFC Heavyweight Champion
- Former M-1 MFC European Heavyweight Champion
- Holds notable wins over Tim Sylvia, Ben Rothwell and Fabricio Werdum
Also present were fighters: Gustavo Falciroli and Filipino Eric “The Natural” Kelly.

- Eric Kelly vs Jeans Pulver
On the cards as well will be Sinya Aoki to make his One FC debut and our very own Eduard “the Landslide Folayang” is back in action. Their opponents will be announced soon.
Alvin Aguilar of Universal Reality combat Championship (URCC) was also present and discussed about the potential of Filipino fighters to be the next Manny Pacquiao of MMA.
