Janella Salvador, the young talented singer-actress, who we loved in Be Careful with My Heart, now stars in her own teleserye which will be airing from January 19, 2015 before “It’s Showtime” on Prime-Tanghali.
This is a very fresh, modern, tune to the times story of a orphaned teenager Sophie played by Janella who doubted the existence of God due to the tragic events in her life. As they say God works in mysterious ways, so did He in this movie where even social media is His tool in reaching out to Sophie.
The original concept was actually conceptualize by the Carmelite nuns and suggested to ABS-CBN president Charo Santos Concio. ABS-CBN agreed to the concept and did a modern take on the model life of St. Teresa of Avila’s to make it relevant to the youth and situations of the present Millennia’ generation.
The cast includes Marlo Mortel, Manolo Pedrosa, Sunshine Cruz, Dominic Ochao, John Arcilla, Edgar Allan Guzman, and Janice de Belen.
Do not miss the start of this new TV series! It’s definitely for the young but will also be great for parents to learn more about the current generation and their challenges. It’s definitely a quality TV series highly recommended for the young and the young at heart. It will instill inspiration, values and lessons in life in a very cool, not preachy way.
