“I wanted to bring together the distinct tastes of both the seafood and the bbq pork in a way that would make it reminiscent of Nostalgia”, Executive Chef Edgar Alejandria shares. “We may not be able to share our delicious dishes and create new memories with you personally now, but we are happy to be part of the memories you will create with your friends and family while enjoying our signature dish together.”

The Nostalgia Signature Pancit is a signature of Filipino Hospitality: something comforting, familiar, yet one of a kind. It tantalizes your palate with the flavors of prawns, scallops, salmon, mahi-mahi, squid, and barbecued pork for a unique way to enjoy a traditional noodle dish with friends and family.
