It’s Showtime hosts, Vice Ganda and Ion Perez, documented a very special occasion in their life as it is their 4th year anniversary of being together as a couple. At a private resort in Tiaong, Quezon last November 7, Monday, they celebrated their anniversary together with the people closest to them, including their own families, closest friends, It’s Showtime’s Hashtag Members (Zeus Collins, Wilbert Ross, and Kid Yambao), and Vice’s anak-anakan (Awra Briguela and Argie Roquero).
At the latest vlog of The Unkabogable Vice Ganda, he gave us a glimpse of the happenings, including the pool party, the deluxe food that is being served, the fireworks display, and the mini program that was hosted by the stand-up comedian Ton-Ton and Hashtag Wilbert.
Also, The two were moved to tears by an audio-visual show that followed Vice and Ion’s love journey both on and off camera. This presentation was displayed on the large LED screen by the pool, showing their voyage as a couple ever since the day they met, until the day of their marriage which they have done secretly last year in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Following this, Vice Ganda gave his message to his husband Ion Perez, signifying his love for him and telling all the people how both of them are so lucky to have each other, and how assured and secure he is in their relationship. “Siya ‘yung kapayapaan ko sa panahon ng kangaragan, sa panahon ng kai-stressan. Just like recently, ang dami kong fragile moments and Ion was trying to be very strong for me,” Vice Ganda said, as he considered Ion as his “constant source of strength and happiness.”
The comedian also stated “Yun ‘yung pinakamalaking regalo sa akin ng Diyos — bukod sa pamilya ko at malalapit kong kaibigan – may isang sandigan ako ng lakas na binigay niya sa akin para hindi ako manghina sa mga pagkakataon ng ngarag,”
Vice Ganda then gave Perez the diamond ring and promised to stand by him always, no matter what. Vice Ganda added that he gave Perez the ring as a means of making up for all the memorable occasions that the comedian missed because of his hectic schedule. “Gusto kong magbigay ng ganito sa’yo to remind you everyday ‘yung mga masayang moments na ipinaramdam mo sa akin nung sinuot mo sa kamay ko,” Vice Ganda said, recounting Perez’s marriage proposal to him. “Araw-araw nararamdaman ko ‘yon at gusto ko araw-araw maramdaman mo rin yon.” he then also stated.
“This is a reminder of my love for you, my gratefulness to you, basta lahat. This is to remind you of me — of you and me,” he lastly added.
Despite all the numerous people that had disproved their relationship, and the doubters who once thought their love wouldn’t continue, the power couple Vice Ganda and Ion Perez did really prove them wrong as they joyfully celebrated their 4th anniversary of being stronger together.
