Mang Inasal, in partnership with the Department of Tourism, brought its “Love the Flavors, Love the Philippines” campaign to the heart of Baguio for the 2025 Panagbenga Festival. With its vibrant parades and rich cultural heritage, the month-long festival served as the perfect stage for Mang Inasal to celebrate the Filipino spirit through great food and shared experiences.

Unli-Saya at Panagbenga
Following its successful stops at Sinulog and Dinagyang, Mang Inasal made a memorable mark at Panagbenga with a series of Unli-Saya (unlimited fun) events, treating both locals and tourists to exciting promos, free samples, and special festival activities.
“Mang Inasal is honored to partner with the Department of Tourism in sharing the flavors that define us,” said Mang Inasal President Mike V. Castro. “This year, we are inspired to continue delivering our Ihaw-Sarap food and Unli-Saya experience, just as Panagbenga fills Baguio’s streets with energy and excitement. Like the blooms of Panagbenga, we are proud to grow alongside our loyal customers.”
Festival Deals and Food Sampling
From February 17 to 23, festivalgoers enjoyed an exclusive Panagbenga Festival Deal—a FREE Small Coke with every Solo Fiesta Chicken Inasal and Extra Creamy Halo-Halo 8oz purchase, available for dine-in and takeout at Mang Inasal Baguio branches.

Mang Inasal also treated visitors to FREE Pork BBQ samples at SM City Baguio, while at Melvin Jones, Burnham Park, festivalgoers indulged in Ihaw-Sarap favorites at a special Takeout Booth.

A Grand Showcase at the Float Parade
One of the festival’s biggest highlights was Mang Inasal’s stunning float at the Grand Float Parade. Inspired by the beauty and flavors of the Philippines, the float paid tribute to two iconic Baguio attractions—the Rice Terraces and the Butterfly Sanctuary—symbolizing Filipino ingenuity and vibrant tourism.

“Just like the iconic landmarks that embody the beauty of the Philippines, Mang Inasal has become a destination for anyone seeking authentic flavors and memorable experiences,” added Castro.
Fluvial Parade & More Exciting Stops Ahead
The celebration continues as Mang Inasal joins the Fluvial Parade on February 27, where festivalgoers at Burnham Park can enjoy free Halo-Halo samples—a refreshing way to cap off the festivities!
