The Italian rock band will be performing the song at the MTV VMA this month!
Måneskin has just unleashed their electrifying new single, “Honey (are u coming?),” following the release of their latest chart-topping album, RUSH! The track pulses with musical vibrancy, featuring a powerful guitar riff and an irresistibly catchy chorus. To celebrate the release, the band held a livestreamed event at Gazometro in Rome, treating fans to live performances of three songs, including “Honey (are u coming?).”
Fans can experience the single in a live setting as Måneskin embarks on their highly anticipated RUSH! World Tour, kicking off this weekend. Additionally, the band will perform the track at the upcoming MTV VMA’s, where they are nominated in the ‘Best Rock’ category for their single, “The Loneliest.”
Bassist Victoria De Angelis shared, “We wrote the song right after the tour, we still had a lot of energy from the touring and the traveling. We wrote it in between London and LA. We’re really happy with the result and we think it’s something quite new for us.”
Frontman Damiano David added, “It’s the story of someone who has no gender or anything, you decide whoever it is. Find someone else, and they can see in their eyes that there’s some sadness that they feel out of place. It’s an invitation from one person to another to embark on this new adventure without knowing what they’re actually going to find, but just to savor the adventure.”
Måneskin’s “Honey (are u coming?)” is now available on all digital music platforms worldwide through Sony Music Entertainment.
