The 2nd floor of the Royal Lake Spa houses the changing room. You are given a kimono robe and a pair of shorts to use. You can use the free locker matching the number in your bracelet, the one given to you upon registration.
The 2nd floor houses also the wet facilities like the jacuzzi, steam, sauna rooms.
On the 4th floor, the massage rooms for men are located and the 5th floor for the ladies.
