LG Philippines proudly announces the winning project of this year’s LG Ambassador Challenge, “Life’s Good Library On The Go,” spearheaded by Ms. Charlene Aguilar. This initiative aims to provide children with limited access to libraries an opportunity to foster a love for reading and immersive learning. The project is in partnership with Korea Food for the Hungry International (KFHI), underscoring LG’s dedication to sustainable development in the Philippines.

Life’s Good Library On The Go

The mobile library will travel through seven barangays in Nagcarlan, Laguna: Lawaguin, Bunga, Balayong, Sabang, Alumbrado, Talahib, and Sulsuguin. It aims to reach children in impoverished communities who have limited access to basic education and organized learning opportunities.

“This mobile library exemplifies our commitment to education and accessibility,” said LG Philippines Managing Director, Mr. Nakhyun Seong, during his opening remarks. “By bringing books and learning resources directly to underserved communities, we hope to inspire a love for reading and promote immersive, lifelong learning among children. This initiative reflects our unwavering promise to empower individuals and enrich their futures.”

Mr. Seong also engaged with the children, encouraging them to make reading a habit through a pinky promise.
