Hatid din ng highest grossing Filipino film of all time na “Hello, Love, Goodbye” ang isa pang nakaka-inspire na kwento ni Kathryn. Sa pagganap niya bilang Joy, isang masipag na OFW sa Hong Kong, ginawaran siya ng Best Actress award sa 2019 Entertainment Editors’ Choice Awards for Movies (The Eddys).
Tampok naman dito ang kwento ni Joy na makikila si Ethan (Alden Richards), ang lalaking determinadong makuha ang kanyang pag-ibig sa kabila ng pagnanais ni Joy na matupad ang pangarap niyang makapagtrabaho sa Canada bilang nars.
