Following the success of their viral performance video “KAWASAKI” the up-and-coming Japanese boy group ONE OR EIGHT has officially announced their debut with the release of their new single, “Don’t Tell Nobody.”
The track is produced by top industry talents Ryan Tedder (known for his work with Taylor Swift, Tate McRae, Adele, and Jonas Brothers), David Stewart (BTS), and features rap lyrics by Lucien Parker (who co-wrote Kanye West and Ty Dolla $ign’s “STARS”). “Don’t Tell Nobody” is a vibrant dance-pop song featuring catchy melodies, a blend of Japanese and English rap, and flawless mixing by GRAMMY-winning engineer Josh Gudwin.
David Stewart praised the collaboration, saying, “Loved working with the lads! Incredible vocals and super versatile. A very talented crew.”
The release of “Don’t Tell Nobody” is accompanied by a highly anticipated music video, set to premiere tonight at 20:00 (GMT +8) on ONE OR EIGHT’s official YouTube channel.
