Inspired by a near-biking accident, Jacob Clemente weaves an emotionally charged narrative in “Muntik Na.” The term “muntik na” (which means “almost” in English) struck a chord with him after he narrowly escaped a crash. This experience inspired him to create a song for those who, like him, came close to something meaningful but missed out—especially in matters of the heart.
“The song is for the ‘what could have been’ moments—the star-crossed lovers who were just not meant to be,” Jacob shares.
