After a quick photowalk at the Trinoma gardens, I headed to Bigoli restaurant at level 4 near the cinemas to have a late afternoon snack.
I saw the poster of the Italian Chops at the entrance and decided to order the same.
While waiting for the order to arrive, the best thing in Bigoli is they give you 2 pieces of breadsticks. Actually, you can have unlimited breadsticks while dining. These breadsticks are very good complimentaries for any of the main dishes they serve.
My chops arrived and it was served with Italian rice.
The grilled porterhouse porkchop is smothered in a rich savory blend of Marinara sauce with bell pepper, olives, mushrooms and onions. The preparation and presentation of the Italian Chops were very good. Served with crunchy veggies, topped with Mozzarella cheese, creamy mashed potatoes, and an excellent sauce that goes very well with the breadsticks. It matched the breadsticks so well that I think I had 8 pieces of it!
I really enjoyed the dish and highly recommend it. Italian Chops with a cup of rice cost Php 250.
This was the aftermath 🙂
