The 8th International TravelTrade Expo 2023 is set to take place alongside the 30th Travel Tour Expo 2023 at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay from Feb. 3-5, 2023. It is a B2B gathering for tourism industry stakeholders, bringing together hundreds of travel agencies and suppliers such as airline companies, cruise liners, hotels, resorts, tour operators and other travel-related businesses.
The event aims to provide travel agencies with reliable suppliers for a seamless operation, enabling them to coordinate all aspects of their clients’ travel experiences, from transportation to accommodation, dining, and local tours. The forum also provides an opportunity for suppliers to showcase their services and for travel agencies to find legitimate, screened suppliers.
The expo is especially relevant following the impact of the pandemic, which caused many travel agencies to lose contact with their existing suppliers. The 8th International TravelTrade Expo provides a platform for travel agencies to establish new supplier networks and rebuild their operations.
With a total of 280 registered travel agencies and 51 travel-related suppliers from 23 countries, the event promises to be a valuable opportunity for matchmaking between travel agencies and suppliers. As the tourism industry recovers, the expo is poised to become even more significant, providing a venue for stakeholders to connect and expand their businesses.
The 8th International TravelTrade Expo 2023 is organized by the Philippine Travel Agencies Association (PTAA) and sponsored by the Israel Ministry of Tourism, PLDT, and the Spain Tourism Board.
