It’s official! HORI7ON, the seven-member group from the Philippines, is now part of the ABS-CBN and MLD Entertainment family. The announcement came last Friday (March 10), signaling the start of a new chapter in the group’s journey to becoming the next global pop group.
The group, composed of Jeromy Batac, Marcus Cabais, Kyler Chua, Vinci Malizon, Reyster Yton, Kim Ng, and Winston Pineda, rose to fame after winning the country’s first idol survival show, “Dream Maker.” They received millions of votes from fans, proving their worth and talent to become the next idols.
With ABS-CBN and MLD Entertainment’s ongoing partnership, the group is set to take the global stage. They released their pre-debut teasers for “Salamat,” an original song they sang for their fans, and “Dash,” composed by “Dream Maker” Korean mentor and hit composer Bull$eye. The music videos are a must-watch for fans, as they showcase the group’s exceptional talent and charm.
But the excitement doesn’t stop there. HORI7ON is also set to guest on “I Can See Your Voice” and “Tropang LOL,” as well as do mall tours until April in various cities around the Philippines. They will also star in their own reality show, which will feature their journey before their debut.
The contract signing was attended by ABS-CBN and MLD Entertainment executives, including ABS-CBN Head of TV Production and Star Magic Head Laurenti Dyogi, ABS-CBN Business Unit Heads Reily Santiago and Marcus Vinuya, and MLD Entertainment CEO Lee Hyoungjin.
