Honkai: Star Rail Version 3.2, titled “Through the Petals in the Land of Repose,” is set to launch on April 9, 2025. This update is packed with fresh content, new characters, events, and system enhancements—but first, let’s cover the codes and the anniversary rewards that have everyone talking. Redeem Your Livestream Codes
The Honkai: Star Rail special program livestream released three exclusive redemption codes to boost their in-game progress. Make sure to use these codes before they expire on March 29, 2025, at 23:59 (UTC+8):

Two-Year Anniversary Celebrations
To celebrate its second anniversary, Honkai: Star Rail is offering generous login and exchange rewards:
“Festive Gifts” Login Event
Log in daily during the event to claim a total of 20 Star Rail Special Passes over 7 days.
“To the Ones That Blaze”
On April 26, 2025, choose your companion from a select list (March 7th, Dan Heng, Himeko, Welt, Black Swan, Sunday, Kafka, Silverwolf, Blade, or Firefly) to receive 1,600 Stellar Jades and 10 Fuel.
Free Limited 5-Star Character Exchange
Players who have reached Trailblaze Level 4 or above will receive a Golden Companion Spirit that lets you exchange it in the exchange shop for any of they standard banner characters or one of two limited characters: Ruan Mei or Luocha. (Note: Players can receive this Golden Companion Spirit until the end of Version 3.4. However, the characters added in the event shop are permanent and they plan to add more limited characters in the future. Players may choose to save it for when their desired characters are eventually added)
Star Rail WORLD Event
Celebrate with a business-simulation style event that not only offers familiar rewards like Stellar Jades and Tracks of Destiny but also gifts a new 4-Star Light Cone, “The Great Cosmic Enterprise”.

Experience Optimization
Trailblazer can enjoy improved artifact management with an Auto-Salvage feature for 4-Star and lower artifacts and a Smart Discard feature for 5-Star artifacts that offers smart options based on substat values.
Improved Character Warp System: Players can now choose previously limited characters Seele, Fu Xuan, and Blade to replace any of the 5-Star standard characters when losing the 50/50. This provides more flexibility when pulling for desired characters.

The update introduces new playable characters alongside reruns, divided into two phases:

Boosted 4-Star Characters and Rerun 5-Star Banners:
Acheron, Jiaoqiu, and Fugue return with their respective 5-star Light Cones.
Pela, Gallagher, and Lynx recieve rate-ups on the first phase banners.

Boosted 4-Star Characters and Rerun 5-Star Banners:
Dr. Ratio return alongside his 5-star Light Cone

Version 3.2 doesn’t stop at narrative and characters—there’s a treasure trove of events and bonuses for Trailblazers.
In-Game Events
Seal Slammers
Engage in a fun mini-game where you launch seals at opponents—complete with multiplayer modes and the chance to earn the adorable pet Bubbles.
Morning Starlight
A combat event on Herta Space Station echoing the mechanics of previous events such as “Stellar Flare” and “Stellar Shimmer.” Earn Stellar Jade, Tracks of Destiny, Relic Remains, and more.
Top-Up Bonuses & Limited-Time Bundles
Following the update, first-time top-up bonuses are refreshed:
- First Purchase Double Bonus Reset: All Oneiric Shard bundles will have their first-time bonus refreshed after the update.
- Limited-Time Pack “Special Ticket”: Purchase to obtain a Star Rail Special Pass, Star Rail Pass, and 30,000 credits. (Available after the update on May 20, 2025, at 14:59 server time.)
- Limited-Time Pack “Trailblaze Assistance”: Log in daily for 5 days to gain Oneiric Shard, Star Rail Special Pass, and Fuel rewards. Note that rewards must be claimed daily within a 10-day period, and any missed rewards will be forfeited.
Oneiric Shard Collection Event “Cherished Recollection”
This event lets you unlock rewards upon accumulating Oneiric Shards:
- 300 Shards: Tears of Dreams ×150
- 2,000 Shards: Self-Modeling Resin ×2
- 4,000 Shards: Wishful Resin ×4
- 8,000 Shards: Light Cone Memory Shard ×4 (used to exchange for 5-Star Light Cones)
- 12,000 Shards: Variable Dice ×2
- 18,000 Shards: Golden Companion Spirit ×1 (essential for the limited character exchange)
- 25,000 Shards: Exclusive Personal Display Set ×1 (includes themed items like the Trailblazer Phone Case, Phone Wallpaper, and Name Card)
Important: Shards from various sources (direct purchases, gift packs, and even web top-ups) all contribute toward this event.
Enhanced Companion and Exchange Systems
Golden Companion Spirits and Limited 5-Star Exchange
A new feature of Version 3.2 is the ability to exchange Golden Companion Spirits:
- How It Works: Players at Trailblaze Level 4 or above receive 1 Golden Companion Spirit as stated above which can be traded at the Exchange shop.
- Exchange Options: Use 1 Golden Companion Spirit for 1 limited 5-Star character (currently Ruan Mei and Luocha) or 2 Variable Dice.
- Acquisition: Golden Companion Spirits are earned through character surplus—exchanging 2 Silver Companion Spirits (gained when receiving duplicates beyond the maximum eidolon level).
Lightcone Memory Shard Exchange
Parallel to the character exchange, players can now collect Lightcone Memory Shards to obtain limited lightcones:
- Exchange Rate: Trade in 4 Lightcone Memory Shards for limited lightcones (available for Ruan Mei, Luocha, Seele, Fu Xuan, and Blade).
- Additional Ways to Earn: These shards are included with top-up accumulations, and bonus shards are provided in the Nameless Glory (battle pass) and Nameless Medal upgrades.
