Home Credit Philippines (HCPH), the leading consumer finance company in the country, celebrates 11 years of service in the Philippines. Over the past decade, HCPH has become a trusted financial ally, providing Filipinos with accessible, reliable financing solutions.
Entering this new chapter, HCPH remains committed to empowering customers through diverse, innovative financing options. With a focus on adapting to the evolving financial landscape, HCPH continues to expand its credit products and value-added services, helping Filipinos achieve their goals.
Having served over 11 million customers and expanded its reach across 75 of 81 provinces, HCPH strives to make its services available to communities nationwide. This dedication underscores its mission to be a dependable financial partner at every stage of its customers’ lives.
Celebrating Milestones and Trust
To mark its 11th anniversary, HCPH held a celebration honoring the loyalty and trust of its customers. The event, held on October 25 at Trinoma’s Activity Center, showcased the company’s gratitude toward customers who have supported HCPH since its inception in 2013.
During the program, HCPH recognized 11 loyal customers who have each availed of 11 or more of its products. As a token of appreciation, each was awarded a P20,000 cheque, enjoyed a meet-and-greet with HCPH brand ambassador Marian Rivera, and a special musical performance by the band Nobita.
Sheila Paul, HCPH’s Chief Marketing Officer, expressed gratitude, saying, “At Home Credit, we believe in building lasting partnerships with our customers. Our loyal customers are the heart of our brand, and their continued support has paved the way for our success over the past decade. As we enter a new year of service, their trust inspires us to continue innovating and enhancing our financial solutions.”
A Partnership Built on Trust
At Home Credit Philippines’ (HCPH) anniversary event, the renowned Kapuso Primetime Queen, Marian Rivera, took center stage—not just to celebrate but to announce the renewal of her partnership with the company. Already a brand ambassador for over a year, Marian extended her endorsement for two more years, underscoring her confidence in the brand’s mission to empower Filipinos.
This renewed partnership is a testament to Marian’s dedication to representing a brand that genuinely cares for its customers. “A trusted brand ambassador is more than just a face; they embody the values and integrity that fuel a brand’s growth,” said Sheila Paul, HCPH’s Chief Marketing Officer. “Marian’s credibility and longevity in the entertainment industry align perfectly with Home Credit’s commitment to being the financial ally Filipinos can rely on.”
A Financial Ally in Times of Need
HCPH not only strives to empower its customers but also to stand by them and their communities in challenging times. In response to the recent typhoon that has affected many lives, HCPH announced a donation to the GMA Kapuso Foundation, a charity close to Marian’s heart, to support relief efforts for those impacted.
“Home Credit is dedicated to supporting Filipinos in times of need,” said Zdenek Jankovsky, HCPH’s Chief Business Development Officer. “Alongside our donation, we hope that products like Home Credit Protect will offer additional relief during this difficult time. With coverage plans and flexible loan features, we want our customers to know that we’re here for them through every challenge.”
Through its initiatives, HCPH continues to embody the values of trust and support, affirming its commitment to being a true financial partner for Filipinos.
