H2 Christies International Real Estate Named Exclusive Master Sales Agent for Hotel101-Niseko

Today, on July 12, 2023, DoubleDragon’s Hotel101 has officially appointed H2 Christie’s International Real Estate as the exclusive master sales agent for the Hotel101-Niseko project.

DoubleDragon’s Singapore registered subsidiary, Hotel101 Global Pte. Ltd., is projected to generate US$128.88 million (₱7.12 billion) in unit sales revenue from the Hotel101-Niseko project. This development signifies a significant milestone for both DoubleDragon and H2 Christie’s International Real Estate as they collaborate to bring this exceptional project to fruition.

On July 12, 2023, Hotel101 Global Pte. Ltd., the worldwide hotel expansion subsidiary of DoubleDragon Corporation (“DoubleDragon”), officially signed an Exclusive Master Sales Agency Agreement with H2 Christie’s International Real Estate. This agreement designates H2 Christie’s International Real Estate as the sole principal sales and marketing agency for Hotel101-Niseko, DoubleDragon’s first international project located in Niseko, Hokkaido, Japan. H2 Christie’s has the option to engage sub-agents under its umbrella to market the units available at Hotel101-Niseko, which offers perpetual titled individual unit ownership within the expansive 1.17-hectare freehold titled land of the property.

Hotel101-Niseko, situated in Hokkaido, Japan, is projected to generate US$128.88 million (₱7.12 billion) in unit sales revenue. The units at Hotel101-Niseko are considered a sound investment as owners will have direct and perpetual ownership of a real estate hard asset through full ownership of their condominium-titled units.

Niseko is renowned worldwide for its powder snow, and the property is located in Kutchan Town, one of the prime areas with heavy snowfall averaging 13 meters, boasting some of the best quality snow in the world.
