It has been a while since the last time we spent time dining outside with our family and peers. Missing the slightest taste of freshly cooked meat and the tasty side dishes of Korean samgyupsal, I know the best place to eat! It is the Geonbae Modern Korean Bar and Grill.
I visited Geonbae Modern Korean Bar and Grill branch located in level 2, phase 1 inside the UP Town Center. The place looks really clean and fancy. Staff was very accommodating and assists you really fast. Before entering the restaurant, a staff will ask you if you are fully vaccinated in order to dine-in. After that, the staff will ask you about your order through the use of QR code. This will take you to their official website wherein the menu of your order is placed. Then, they will prepare the appetizers before you proceed to your table. Plates, utensils, and side dishes were already prepared once you get to sit to your assigned table.
Since we are in the middle of the pandemic, we should avoid interacting with people as much as possible. Thus, the use of QR code to scan the menu and order food is very convenient to the customers. In the given QR code, you can order their available meat, appetizers, beverages, and additional side dishes. Once you checked out the order of your choice, they will serve it after a few minutes.
You can enjoy your favorite unlimited samgyupsal for only 599 pesos! They serve fresh various types of meat that you can grill. The taste of their freshly grilled meat is very juicy and the best! The Bulgogi samgyeopsal is my favorite! Aside from that, you can pair it with cheese, rice or lettuce and a side dish of your choice to savour it more. I enjoyed their tteokbokki and galbi-tang soup as appetizers. There are also available drinks such as lemonades, sodas, iced tea, and even alcohol beverages. Geonbae Modern Korean Bar and Grill do not just offer you Korean food, but there are also Japanese food in the menu such as makis and sashimi.
Dining in may make us feel that we are more prone to virus. However, this restaurant makes me feel safe due to the fact that they follow the required health protocols, and maintained the cleanliness of the restaurant.
I’ve tried and visited different unlimited korean samgyupsal grills and restaurants, but I believe that this is one of my best and favorite samgyup experience. If you wish to try and visit a fancy, modern, and affordable Korean samgyupsal, Geonbae Modern Korean Bar and Grill is the place for you!
