Food Review
Treats from the sushi bar ranging from the salmon sashimi, maki to their Symphony are made from quality and fresh ingredients. Very good proportions of ingredients for you to enjoy the flavors.
Presentation of their fusion Japanese good are done in style making it a pleasure not only to the palette but also to the eyes. I love how they presented the tempura.
All the dishes served were very good but my favorites are the foie gras roll, the Tori Kuwayaki, Tiger Prawn Tempura and the mixed Kamameshi Rice.
When in Alabang, nearby or passing by, I would definitely recommend Kessaku if you are craving for delicious Japanese food.
