Personally, I could say that the long wait is over, we waited for this season for a couple of years, we were left hanging with Nanno’s iconic laugh, and I can’t wait for new mystery and revelations!
The first season of “Girl From Nowhere” was released on 2018, revolves on 13 episodes with a mysterious clever girl named Nanno, she transfers to different schools, exposing the lies and misdeed of the students and faculty at every turn. This series is full of shocking revelations that personally made me amazed and thrilled, you will surely must expect the unexpected! The series reached its popularity in the Philippines last year – perhaps one of the reasons why we all liked this series is because of Kitty Chicha Amatayakul’s great acting who played Nanno. And the story itself, oh, please, we all know how good it is!
Netflix announced on April 19 that the second season will be release on May 7. They also announced that we’ll be seeing a lot of special guests for the second season including Teeradon Supapunpinyo, Penpak Sirikul, Patricia Good, Chanya McClory, Bhumibhat Thavornsiri, Pataravarian Timkul, Chutima Teepanart, Phantira Pipityakorn, Ploy Sornarin, and Yarinda Bunaag. On this new season, Nanno tackles even bigger social injustices that take her beyond school grounds. But, this time, she is no longer the only vigilante around as another enigmatic girl follows in her shadow, forcing her to face her greatest challenge yet. Well, ready your seat because it’s gonna be dark and ominous ride, my friend!
