This prestigious recognition, awarded by Mansmith and Fielders, Inc., highlights exceptional young marketing professionals who have made significant contributions to the industry.

The Mansmith Young Market Masters Awards (YMMA) is a highly respected program that honors creativity, innovation, and effectiveness in marketing. This year’s awardees represent the top talents shaping the future of Philippine marketing.

Genesis’ accolade is a testament to his remarkable work in brand management. His strategic initiatives, particularly the UFC Soups and UFC Fun Chow campaigns, have solidified NutriAsia’s brand presence in an increasingly competitive market. Through data-driven strategies, Genesis successfully connected with consumers, driving significant brand growth.

Under his leadership, UFC Soups doubled its market share between 2022 and 2023. Additionally, his efforts behind the UFC Korean Style Fun Chow Rice Mixes and the K-Sarap Campaign resulted in a 21% improvement in brand performance and achieved 41% category penetration for rice mixes across the country.
