The song, composed and produced by Jeremy Glinoga, captures the dreamy essence of being in love, while Roque “Rox” Santos, head of the StarPop label, served as its supervising producer. “State of Mind” follows Shanaia’s earlier singles “Cloud 9” and “Slow Dancing,” each exploring different facets of love and relationships.
