The Bellevue Manila has appointed Chef Xerxes John D. Narciso as its new executive chef. Chef X will oversee the food and beverage operations of the hotel’s restaurants and banquets, bringing new ideas and expertise to the table.
Narciso holds a degree in hotel and restaurant management from De La Salle University – Dasmariñas and a culinary arts and technology management diploma from the Center for Culinary Arts Manila.
He has over 20 years of experience in the culinary industry, with roles ranging from menu planning and recipe development to junior chef training and overseeing banquet kitchens.
Chef X’s diverse background and skills will enhance The Bellevue Manila’s food and beverage offerings.
Chef X, also known as Chef Narciso, is excited to begin this new venture and share his culinary creations with guests at The Bellevue Manila. “I’m looking forward to showcasing even better food and beverage concepts to our guests. It is a privilege to work alongside my Bellevue family,” he says.
