This platform is set to revolutionize banking for its retail customers, offering unprecedented convenience and seamless service. Actor Donny Pangilinan will be the face of EasyWay, underscoring the campaign’s focus on simplicity and efficiency for the tech-savvy market. The central message, ‘Sit, Bank, and Relax,’ highlights the effortless and stress-free experience of banking from your phone. ESTA offers a comprehensive suite of features equivalent to a mobile app or web portal for EastWest credit card services. Users can monitor real-time transactions and balances, view unbilled, current, and historical transactions, and request limit increases, supplementary cards, and points redemption. The platform also provides real-time account locking and unlocking for enhanced security, immediate installment conversions, and on-the-spot updates to customer information. Additional features include promotions search, customer service support ticket submission with two-way communication, and querying EastWest credit card product features through ChatGPT.

EW Pay allows EastWest VISA credit cardholders to make contactless transactions at merchant point-of-sale (POS) terminals using their NFC-capable Android phones instead of physical credit cards.

Komo is a fully digital banking service powered by EastWest Rural Bank, enabling customers to open and manage their accounts entirely online. From account opening to card blocking, all services are accessible via the mobile app, eliminating the need for physical branches.

EasyBiz is designed specifically for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), offering business owners tools and resources for efficient financial management, including accounting, invoicing, payroll, and expense tracking. This solution helps SMEs focus on business growth by simplifying financial operations.

EastWest Business Class is tailored for entrepreneurs and business owners, providing a range of perks to enhance their experience and allow them to concentrate on their personal lives while EastWest manages routine business operations. This segment includes personalized services from dedicated relationship officers, priority service at EastWest Stores, and exclusive cash management services such as payroll processing, automated payments, and check collection.
