Premier telco brings high touch experience to customers
To show appreciation for its loyal clients and partners, premier telecommunications company Eastern Communications brought back its annual Link VIP Club activities on ground.
Link VIP Club is Eastern Communications’ award-winning client-recognition program designed to showcase how the company values its subscribers. The club is an exclusive rewards program that captures Eastern’s signature High Touch service, which aims to provide customers with support that goes above and beyond the norm, along with its “Heart of Service” that values human connections and caring for its clientele, colleagues, and the community.
Recently, the telecommunications provider invited its loyal customers to come and “vibe” with them in a round of exclusive events. The theme for this year’s Link VIP Club was “VIBE: Visualize, Interact, Blaze, Emerge,” which promotes togetherness, teamwork, and unity, and strengthens Eastern’s relationship with its partners as they emerge for a stronger tomorrow.
“These events are just a way for all of us at Eastern Communications to thank our members for their continuous loyalty and support. As a company, we make sure to always keep our customers at the heart of everything that we do because we really value the importance of human connections in all aspects of our work,” Jedrek Estanislao, Eastern Communications Head of Marketing Division said.
The activities kicked off with the VIBE Fellowship Night together with the members of Hoteliers I.T. Association of the Philippines (HITAP) at Prohibition Lounge in Makati. The hospitality industry was one of the badly affected industries during the pandemic. HITAP President Rafael Zacarias stressed the importance of having a reliable partner like Eastern Communications as the hospitality industry rebounds from the effects of the pandemic.
Eastern Communications also organized a VIBE Fellowship Night in the Queen City of the South for one of its active partners, the Cebu Hotels IT Association (CHITA) at Bai Hotel Cebu.
Link VIP Club members were also treated to VIBE Movie Night where they had a special screening of Marvel’s Thor: Love and Thunder at Bonifacio High Street Central Square Mall. Eastern Communications’ loyal customers had a chance to meet and greet professional cosplayers dressed up as main characters, Thor and Jane Foster.
To cap it off, Eastern also hosted a night full of fun and camaraderie at the bowling lanes during the VIBE Bowling Night. Link VIP Club members got to witness bowling champion Patrick Neil Nuqui, as he graced the event and rolled out the ceremonial first ball together with Eastern Communications’ co-coordinators Atty. Aileen Regio and Vincent Tempongko.
Customers expressed their gratitude for these initiatives. Kold Kings Group Chief Executive Officer Kirk Munro shared that even though they have been partners with Eastern Communications for less than three years, they have received seamless customer support. He added, “You can see by this event, it’s symbolic of the amount of duty of care and personal touch that Eastern does for all of its partners and clients. It’s great to see people coming together again. This kind of bonding and networking event really shares in that Eastern company culture.”
Deliveree Technology Philippines Inc.’s (Transportify) IT Head Jayson Pancho also shared that “Aside from the price given to customers, the one thing that would be most comparable with other companies is its after-sales service. For me, Eastern is one of the most generous companies that gives events for its customers.”
