TARLAC CITY, PHILIPPINES – I had my first eyelash extensions 2 years ago and I really had a tough time managing it and having to match it with the stuff I wear. It was painful taking a shower, wearing a shirt, or even going for a drive in the motorcycle.
From there, I promised myself to never have eyelash extensions ever again.
However, I learned that you must be wise on picking your eyelash extensions clinic and Dreambrows is the perfect beauty clinic for me!
The Place
When I went in, the very girly smell welcomed me as it’s clean and smells so fresh!
The place is so kikay and so cozy – it looks like Sharpay Evans’ room as everything is so pink and girly. The place may be a little hard to find but I promise, once you found it, it’s worth it!
This place makes me feel like that I’ll just fall asleep while being pampered with the different services they have. Such a beauty clinic gem indeed!
It’s not too cold and too warm either, and it’s as kikay and comfy as shown in the pictures!
The Process (Eyelash Extensions)
The process was unexpectedly quick – with Ms. Maricar Geaga’s gentle and soft hands, the process was just swift and not even uncomfortable (unlike my first experience in a different clinic). The bed was soft and comfortable, I thought I’ll fall asleep!
Actually, I honestly did almost fall asleep mid-process – that’s how gentle they were. It may look painful on the pictures, but it’s not! Just a little since she glues and pokes some extensions on you but it’s not much to be bothered about!
Although you can say you can be scared of the maintenance afterwards and the hefty work on not being able to scratch your eyes or touch your eyelids much, I can say that these extensions don’t even feel like they’re on me!
It’s just like an accessory that I don’t even feel the extra weight of it being there – I often forget it’s there and just end up jumpscaring myself when I look in the mirror looking like I’ve had longer lashes!
As you can see, it doesn’t seem quite obvious they’re extensions, but they look natural especially with the length I chose! I always spend the most time on doing make-up. Now with these extensions, I have a 10-20 minute headstart for I no longer have to worry too much about my make-up look being too bland!
History
Meet Mrs. Shine Villamil, the person behind Dreambrows. Dreambrows started around pandemic days, 2021, where we were all stuck in our homes. Ms. Shine enrolled to a school for microblading and shading for eyebrows for her goal to still have a part time job to do work from houses to houses of different clients during the pandemic.
Dito sa Tarlac marami nag-ooffer ng lash services, but with Dreambrows I can really confidently say na we give quality service sa mga client namin, and we do the extra mile ba tinatawag namin, as much as we can most likely if about the service we seek to it na aalis si Client na happy sya with her lashes, or the services that she availed.

Then, a good friend of hers suggested to put up her own shop. Ms. Shine, then, was offered a place which was a good deal! “It was irresistible!” she exclaims.
Afterwards, she hired an assistant that came from Manila that does nails and lashes – she then suggested to also add eyelash extensions and nails to their beauty clinic. Thus, the on-going business of Dreambrows today!
We do proper isolation sa mga lashes na ginagawa namin, while we have the nails, we have the brows – but what happened right now [is that] we really focused on the lashes right now. Naging specialty namin [ang] lashes… the proper isolation, the materials we use, the strands, the hair, the glue, the preparation, the after-care we do that naman the monitoring right after the lashes/services na how was it, the day after or through.

Ms. Shine also mentions that her services have extra touch of love with what she does, and I totally agree! She also adds that Dreambrows will soon have magnetic lashes that they can avail from the clinic.
