Darwinbox, the rapidly expanding HR tech company, and Microsoft have joined forces to equip organizations with the right tools to succeed in the changing world of work. The collaboration will entail deep integration between Darwinbox and Microsoft products, as well as joint innovation on solutions to improve employee experience. Microsoft has also made an equity investment in Darwinbox to speed up their goal of unifying the entire employee lifecycle.
Darwinbox offers a cloud-based Human Capital Management platform that covers all HR needs across the employee lifecycle, with cutting-edge employee experiences and AI-driven technology. With 700+ clients and 2 million employees worldwide, the company has seen 6.5X revenue growth and 300% staff increase in the Philippines since its Series D funding round in January 2022.
The collaboration between Microsoft and Darwinbox will drive the HR tech leader’s growth and help organizations tap into their workforce’s full potential. As part of the collaboration, Darwinbox will adopt Microsoft Azure to upgrade its Human Capital Management SaaS platform. Darwinbox’s mobile-first platform will continue to improve employee experience by integrating HR transactions with Dynamics 365 and Office 365 platforms like Microsoft Teams, Viva, and Active Directory.
The company has also utilized Microsoft Power BI to enhance its AI-powered analytics engine and build more insightful visual analytics dashboards, helping employees make better data-driven decisions. Strategic product and engineering partnerships between the two firms will boost innovation in workforce management, payroll management, benefits, talent management, and recruitment.
