Last July 26, Xyza Cruz Bacani held another talk plus meet and greet of her “Through The Lens of Xyza Cruz Bacani” seminars. The event was held at the Recto and Laurel room of the Philippine Senate sponsored by Senator Angara, Fujifilm Philippines and the Litratista Sa Daan street photography group.

Almost 200 photography enthusiasts including students, professionals, photography groups attended the talk. The informal settings during Xyza’s talk gave attendees the chance to interact and ask questions to Xyza about how she tackles photography, her visions and her experiences in the streets.
There was a Q & A portion as well after the talk were questions varied from her techniques to her personal love life.
The raffle with prizes including 5 books donated by Xyza’s mentor, Rick Racamora, and 2 Fujifilm Instax camera sponsored by Fujifilm Philippines brought more excitement to the crowd.
The event was also graced by the presence of Senator Sonny Angara where he awarded Xyza a certificate of recognition.
The event ended with a meet and greet with Xyza giving and signing copies of one of her famous photo. Attendees and fans grab the opportunity to take selfies and photos with Xyza. Photography groups had their chance of a group photo with Xyza as well.
