Christmas spirit is in the air in the Philippines. The fabulous Christmas decorations abounds the Metro and the Philippines. I attended the Araneta Center Christmas Tree lighting ceremonies last November 9, 2012 which was attended by celebrities from both GMA and ABS-CBN Networks. It was a fun-filled event with pop-corns, cotton candys, ice cream, food and lots of Coca-Cola. The ceremony was part of Coca-Cola’s 100 years celebration.
Stars from the 2 networks entertained the crowd with song and dance numbers. It was really nice to hear the Christmas songs sang live giving more ambiance and spirit of Christmas to the activities in addition to the decorations. The program was graced by Alden Richards, Louise Delos Reyes, Enrique Gil, Myrtle Sarrosa, Thea Tolentino, Yves Flores and KZ Tandingan, P-Pop group 1:43 . The celebration was hosted by Robi Domingo and Megan Young.
