Next on our list is a freshly released movie on Netflix, a movie also based on book originally written by Jennifer Mathieu, the movie was directed by Amy Poehler; starring Hadley Robinson, Lauren Tsai, Patrick Schwarzenegger, Nico Hiraga, Sydney Park, and many more. This movie is witty, irreverent, and inspiring, it also contains comedies, dramas, music, and it tackles social issues. The movie follows a shy 16-year-old girl publishes an anonymous zine calling out sexism at her school, inspired by her Mom’s rebellious past and a confident new friend. I’m sure this movie will inspire you to fight for your rights, so don’t miss the chance to watch this because the Moxie girls are back and ready to fight!

Yes, we need to put a little censor on that, ‘cause why not, right? Anyway, moving on to our third movie, released on 2019 directed by Michael Duggan, a movie that follows a high school student boy, after a prank blows up a studios high school senior’s life, he shares a list of certain things he wishes he’s done differently – and maybe still can. This movie contains comedies and adventure; starring Eli Brown, Madison Iseman, Marcus Scribner, Jerry O’Connell, Karan Brar, and many more. I’m sure you’ll enjoy this movie just like how I enjoyed it. This movie will teach you to seize your today, to do the things that you want and will make you happy, but always remember the limitations. Well, don’t miss the chance to add watching this movie on your list.
The Edge of Seventeen
Down to our fourth movie recommendation, released on 2016 written and directed by Kelly Fremon Craig; starring Hailee Steinfeld, Woody Harrelson, Kyra Sedgwick, Haley Lu Richardson, Blake Jenner, and many more. This movie is witty, irreverent, and heartfelt, following our main character Nadine, when her only best friend starts dating her detested older brother, the teenage cynic’s life becomes even more unbearable. You’ll surely enjoy this movie, perhaps you’ll relate to Nadine’s life and rants, and this is a good movie to watch before you leave your teen-age life. Another good thing that makes this movie great is that this movie feels very much like real life. So, don’t forget to watch this movie with your friend!

This movie is irreverent, witty, and fun; following girl named Olive, when a lies about her reputation transforms her from anonymous to infamous at her high school, she decides to embrace a provocative new persona. This movie is one of the great coming-of-age movies on Netflix; you’ll surely enjoy Olive’s sassy and cute persona while watching this. And who know, maybe after watching this movie you and your friends will discover a new persona from yourselves!
The Generation That Gave Up On Love

This is will tell you the kind of life that’s waiting for all of us, so, be ready and don’t gave up on this one!
