Global award-winning communications powerhouse, COMCO Mundo League of Enterprises, is wrapping up the year on a high note with its Mission 2024 initiative, marking the launch of key advocacy projects in collaboration with various industry leaders and non-government organizations (NGOs).
The initiative focuses on two major projects:
- Save the Children’s #LahatDapatSafe Campaign – A critical advocacy promoting the safety of children and families during natural disasters, particularly around the holiday season. The campaign aims to raise awareness and mobilize action to protect vulnerable communities.
- The Communications Olympiad – A collaboration with the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) Philippines, this project is a training and educational program designed to equip the next generation of communications professionals with the skills needed to excel in the industry.
Through these impactful initiatives, COMCO Mundo is continuing its dedication to social responsibility and empowering future communicators while making a tangible difference in communities nationwide.
COMCO Mundo League of Enterprises capped off the year with its much-anticipated annual event, Movie Night with COMCOmigos 2024, a festive gathering for media, bloggers, influencers, content creators, brand representatives, industry colleagues, and members of the Camp COMCO Alumni Society.
This year’s event, made possible by a lineup of generous sponsors and partners, featured a screening of the highly awaited movie adaptation of the musical “Wicked”. Among the major sponsors were Century Tuna and Century Tuna Nuggets, with Midea, Samsung, and Uratex Monoblock as sponsors, and support from Aseana, Lamoiyan Corporation, Lenovo, Sun Life Global Solutions, and Teleperformance. The event was also backed by IABC Philippines and Save the Children, with SEA Wave Pop Culture Magazine and SEA Wave Pilipinas as media partners.
Highlighting Advocacy: #LahatDapatSafe with Save the Children
The #LahatDapatSafe Campaign by Save the Children focuses on protecting children and families during natural disasters, particularly around the holiday season. As climate change intensifies tropical storms, the campaign aims to ensure preparedness and resilience through donations that provide emergency kits, food, water, and shelter to vulnerable families.
COMCO Mundo partnered with Save the Children to amplify the campaign’s reach and encourage public support. By participating, individuals and organizations can help children regain stability in their education and daily lives post-disaster.
