Collaboration between Filipino/Israeli Startups to Combat Data Leaks in Philippines

Partnership to bring the first-ever Threat Operations Center (TOC)-as-a-service to the Philippines.

Traxion Tech Inc., an IT company based in the Philippines, has joined forces with Israeli cybersecurity service provider I+Cyber to introduce a groundbreaking Threat Operations Center (TOC)-as-a-service to the Philippine market. The collaboration aims to enhance the country’s data security measures and combat the growing threat of data leaks.

I+Cyber’s TOC platform serves as a centralized hub that gathers intelligence on advanced persistent threats, botnets, and crimeware. By delivering security alerts to clients, the TOC offers a comprehensive view of the threat landscape beyond what their internal security systems can provide. Manned by I+Cyber’s international cyber security experts, the platform also enables close collaboration with clients’ internal security teams to share valuable threat information.

The partnership between Traxion Tech and I+Cyber was forged during their attendance at the CyberTech Global Conference in Tel Aviv, Israel on February 01, 2023. Traxion Tech was part of the Philippine delegation and was personally welcomed by the Philippine Ambassador to Israel, Pedro Laylo, Jr.

Israel, known as the “startup nation,” boasts the highest number of startups per capita globally, with a strong focus on cybersecurity expertise. Many Israeli companies are actively assisting countries and organizations worldwide in addressing cybersecurity challenges. Tomer Heyvi, Head of the Israel Economic Mission to the Philippines, praised the partnership between Traxion Tech and I+Cyber, stating that Traxion Tech is an ideal partner to leverage I+Cyber’s solutions and enhance the cyber resilience of the Philippines.

Ann Cuisia, CEO of Traxion Tech, emphasized the importance of protecting clients’ businesses in the digital transformation field, where Traxion operates. This collaboration not only provides robust protection but also instills confidence in the Philippine market.

I+Cyber, led by CEO Assaf Marco, brings over 20 years of experience in diverse global markets to the table. Marco’s extensive expertise in the cybersecurity industry positions I+Cyber as a valuable asset in tackling the challenges and opportunities in the field.
