At five different location venues across the country from Luzon to Mindanao, thousands of families joined and enjoyed a fun-filled afternoon at the Jollibee’s Family Bee Day, dubbed as the grandest picnic ever!
The locations were the events were held simultaneously are:
- Quirino Grandstand in Metro Manila
- Bayanihan Park in Pampanga
- Nuvali football grounds in Laguna
- Plaza Independencia in Cebu
- Crocodile Park in Davao
The highlights were performances by topnotch celebrity guests, live OPM bands, side attractions and overflowing Jollibee treats.
Jollibee vice-president for Marketing Harvey Ong said “We are very excited to mount an event of this magnitude that celebrates the Filipinos’ love for bonding over good food. We are very happy with the turnout and pleased to see everyone enjoying the company of other people whom they treat like family. Talagang dito sa Jollibee, ang sarap maging pamilya.”

Celebrities Carmina Villaroel-Legaspi, Regine Tolentino, and Vince and Patricia Hizon also came with their families to have a picnic.
Other entertainment were local jugglers and stilt walkers that paraded around the different venues while dance performances from Jollibee and friends, Jollibee Kids Club members and leading dance crews.
Kids had a grand time playing at the inflatable slide and basketball shootout, families also enjoyed posing by the special photo frame wall installations and giant picnic basket. A lot of photos from the event were posted on social media sites like Instagram, Facebook and Twitter with the hashtag #FamilyBeeDay.
The ordinary summer afternoon turned into a fun-filled family celebration with great entertainment from some of the country’s leading celebrities and bands. Furthermore, outdoor fun and games and great-tasting food. From Jollibee, the country’s number 1 family fast-food chain truly enabled thousands of families around the Philippines to celebrate the grandest picnic ever!

The celebrities who attended the Pampanga leg were: Julia Barretto, Shaina Magdayao, Rayver Cruz Hizon family and 6Cyclemind. After performing at the stage, they had photo ops with the Jollibee team at the picnic grounds.
